Betron BS10 Earbuds with Microphone and Volume Control, in Ear Ergonomic Noise Isolating Headphones, Powerful Bass Sound, Black
Product Description Read More
I am a musician who has spent upwards of $125 on earbuds for recording purposes in the past. Due to their delicate nature it was impractical to utilize them anywhere outside the home studio. Thus I have limited myself to no more than $20 on a pair to use with my phone or other digital player. As you can imagine typically these did not compare favorably to an $80-$125 set of in-ear monitors. At least not until now. These little babies are intense! Such warmth and definition I have never experienced in an inexpensive set before. One of the best references for me is the Alan Parsons Project album "Tales Of Mystery and Imagination". I am halfway through that masterpiece of a record and have to say I am ASTOUNDED with these thing's capabiliies. Rich, focused bass. Woody timbre and REAL depth. I can't wait to hear what they can do with Miles Davis, Morbid Angel or Stravinsky. I have a feeling I will likely be up well past my bedtime.
NOT FOR FREE - I BOUGHT THEM- HONEST FEEDBACK !
Having owned all the android, apple yadda yadda all the way back I actually never thought of having to buy a set of headphones....we are so brain washed to use what comes with everything not stopping to say "hey maybe there is a better sounding set out there".. Well I stopped and thought exactly that when I had a 5 hour flight and 3 week business trip, wanting to watch movies, take calls etc in comfort for 3+ weeks everyday.
So did a bunch of searching, looking at reviews, gimmicks (metal, wood, sound deadening, LED lights...on & on) and came across these...First NOT made in China..check! (UK company), REAL feedback, looked on audiophile forums where real people discuss these and they are labeled "the best set for the price", "truly surprising sound", "Pack a big punch".
Real people discussing the product OUTSIDE of Amazon where feedback can get skewed (sry Amazon love you).
I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT..these are the best headphones I have ever owned in 42 years for this size! Now I've had better with the big ol earmuff style (common sense) but these for the size...SMASH THE PURCHASE button and buy me lunch later..lol!
Thanks guys...out!
Great design, sound and accessories
In every category, these earphones have exceeded my expectations. Before finding them, I preferred standard headphones. Now, I'm an earphone convert.
Design: They fit very snugly in the ear. I don't need to twist or angle them a certain way to get the best fit and sound, nor re-adjust very often. I think that the flattened design helps because less protrudes from the ear, keeping the center of gravity closer to the ear. They also have a braided cord that resists tangles and there's even a "zipper"; so that you can zip the left and right cords up higher.
Sound: The sound quality is excellent. They have 12mm drivers, which allows them to deliver strong sound and bass. These are definitely not "tinny" like the cheap, bundled earphones that you may be used to. To make them sound good, with good bass, the important thing to understand is that it depends on which of the included rubber earbuds you have on. Larger sizes will give you more bass because they'll seal off more of the ear canal. They ship with the medium-sized ones pre-attached. If you're a medium-sized person and not a fan of bass, leave those on. If, however, you want more bass, take them off and put on the largest size. It makes a big difference for me and I'm a relatively small guy. I suspect that some of the reviewers who have complained about these earphones not having enough bass didn't experiment with the other included earbuds.
Accessories: Besides the extra earbuds, it comes with a very nice carrying pouch with magnetic closure, a detachable clip (for clipping the cord to your shirt) and a little documentation (mainly explaining the controls for the inline remote). All of it comes in a "cigar" box with magnetic closure.
Anyways, I'm pretty amazed at what you get for so little. I haven't used them for long, but I'm already thinking of buying a second pair and might even eventually buy more to give as gifts.
Update: I've now used these every day for the last 2.5 months and can happily report that my impressions haven't changed. If anything, I've gained a greater appreciation for some things. One is the tangle resistant cord. With my previous headphones, it could take me up to a minute to untangle them. With these, it takes only a few seconds, since they resist getting all knotted and twisted. I also appreciate the "zipper" that cinches the left and right cords up higher, since higher means less loose cord to swing under my chin. Finally, I've gotten more used to how the buds feel, so that, while they were never uncomfortable, they're more comfortable now. It can take some time to get accustomed to new earbuds, so you shouldn't be quick to declare them uncomfortable when they don't feel as comfortable as your last pair, since chances are that you'll get used to them and they'll become comfortable in time.
Update #2: I've now owned these for a full year and used them pretty much every day. They still work as well as Day 1 and my impressions are completely unchanged. In fact, I'm back because I'm considering buying another pair.
Update:
I cannot say enough god things about these headphones. I personally am not considering any of the myriad of large selection of Betron, especially via their website. These are superb. I'm an a semi audiophile. Don't know if I mentioned this but it's worth mentioning. again. There is no listener fatigue. None. Zero. I sometimes listen to
these hours on end while sleeping....and during the day. Besides the sound being open, wide, well balanced, the highs, mid range, low end, the stereo separation, the quality of sound . I can't speak to their other models. Only these. Like my B&W ( Bowers & Wilkens) home speakers which also have Zero listener fatigue, I almost took these earbuds for granted until I realized. Zero listener fatigue. These headphones are great. Period. Enjoy them ~DM
Love❤ At The First Sound🎧
I am a true music connoisseur/lover & my ear buds stay inserted in my ears 24/7/365. I go through ear buds constantly. After my last two pairs(Skull Candy) died on me after four months, I thought I try a new brand. I read a few reviews about Betron, and one review from a musician stood out to me, & I was sold. I play brass instruments so, he was speaking my language. The packaging great & as soon as I picked a song & pressed play, I fell in love. The bass is booming & the sound quality is perfect. I will never purchase another brand ever again! The added bonus to me is Bretron its a British brand & made. The majority of my favorite artists/bands/groups are British(Sade, Soul II Soul, Loose Ends, Brand New Heavies, Incognito, Portishead, Massive Attack, Estelle, Omar, Floetry, & etc). I will be purchasing the white/gold ear buds to match my rose gold watch. lol
They did it.
These are possibly the best (cheap) portable audio experience I've ever heard.
For 13$.
The second I put these in, my jaw fkng dropped. I could not believe what I was hearing for 13$. These are twice as clear and have twice the low end as the 40-70$ iPhone and Samsung headphones. Dead serious.
I'm near crying being able to listen to my most beloved songs with so much clarity and customizable levels of isolation, anywhere. I almost never do, but I had to get online within 5 minutes of popping these in to shout about them to the internetz.
They come with different plugs, which is normal... but the way these headphones res in your ears is so soft yet secure, they almost feel good, or satisfying to be there. The main plug that blows my mind is the foam isolation plugs which can make you hear stuff in things you've heard hundreds of times but never fully experienced.
Get them.
After two broken Bose, went with these
I just had my second wired Bose Soundsport noise-cancelling headphones break and was done paying so much for headphones. Saw these and the reviews and decided to try them - I love these headphones, they are great quality and an amazing value. Here are my key points:
- Non-tangling - the cords are "textured" to help prevent tangling. My old headphones were always a mess, these tangle way less easily
- Fit - great fit in the ear, more comfortable than my prior headphones as they just fit and you forget about them
- Sound - I was worried about how noise-reducing these would be but they actually do well. My biggest test is using them on planes where there is so much background noise and they do well. Now they aren't the same as active noise cancelling headphones, but do very well compared to my prior Bose
- Other - I saw others mention the cord length and not sure if this would be a positive or negative for others, but the cord is a bit longer than a "normal" set of wired headphones. I like it, just seems to get in the way less.
For the price and quality, you probably can't do much better. I have had cheap wired headphones and Bose, and these are by far my favorite overall for noise reducing qualities, fit, and overall sound and quality.
Very good sound for the price
Needed replacement earbuds and didn't want to spend very much. After futile searches in local stores, a search found the BS10s on Amazon. Reviews on Amazon and elsewhere were largely favorable, especially about the sound, so I ordered some. Two days later they have arrived, and I listened to some tracks I use to check out headphones and speakers:
* William Ackerman, "The Bricklayer's Beautiful Daughter"
* Dead Can Dance, "The Host of Seraphim"
* Eric Watson, "Puppet Flower" (from Private Music's _Piano One_)
For the price, it's really fine sound. If I ignore my solar plexus, I can believe I'm hearing the pedal note on "The Host of Seraphim", and Lisa Gerard's voice comes through well; the piano and guitar on the other tracks sound very good.
For non-audio matters--the cable isn't as slick as my previous earbuds, and my larger circumference neck thanks Betron for the slider that lets me adjust the fit. Some reviewers say their earbuds didn't stand up to wear for long--I can't say since I've only had them about four hours. I will just enjoy the sound (which some have said improves after a "breaking in" period) and see how things go.
UPDATE: still enjoying them immensely, with one minor exception. I got a nice USB sound card--you really need one if you want decent sound on a Raspberry Pi, and it proves nice to be able to plug into the USB connection on the front of my computer so I don't have to reach around to the audio jack on the back of my monitor or the back of my computer. It works fine, except that I find that when I have the sound card in the front of my computer and the earphones in my ears, when I move around, I feel little shocks on my ears. It makes me worry a bit.
Comparable to the OEM that came with my Note 8
I lost the pair that came with the note 8, and after trying to find a replacement pair without spending more the 50.00 I figure I would give these try. I did purchase the AKG prior but was very frustrated since both pair that came were broken (not sure they were OEM). These worked great and fits the same as my OEM. Pretty happy with purchase and for the price I can't go wrong. I would order again for sure when I lose these pairs. They material was a little different then the AKG brand but the cord was just as long and works well with the Note 8.
Love the sound, extra long lines, and the bag to keep them organized!!!
There are many things that I appreciate about these earbuds! First I truly enjoy the sound that comes from these, nice deep bass to nice treble. Incredible sound for the price range! Then to have the extra long lines that don’t tie you down if you happen to put your phone down with the buds in your ears to reach for something...then they don’t yank out of your ear. That’s a win for me! But this company added even more! They’ve added a nice little clip to help keep the extra long lines close to your person or whatever you need them to be close to. To top it all off and is the cherry on top for me personally is they included a little leather like bag that you can store your earbuds in. The little bag is wonderful to keep the earbuds nice and organized in my purse. I just love these all the way around, can’t go wrong purchasing these especially at this price point. They do everything, answer your calls, control the sound, control the video, movie, the sound is incredible, extra long lines, little bag to keep them organized in one place. Awesome product! Thank you Betron!!!

I needed a pair of wired earbuds with an inline mic for work so I didn't want to spend a lot, but I still wanted some decent quality. While they don't quite compare to a hundred dollar set that I have, they definitely sound better than several I have paid $20 to $30 for. They also fit great, don't stick out gawdily, and seem very well made. I was also impressed that the little volume buttons work with my Android phone. I have never had a wired pair with that feature that worked before (just bluetooth ones). I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cheaper wired pair of earbuds with a mic and will probably buy a 2nd pair just to keep in my travel bag.

So these came yesterday. Unpacked them and slipped them in. Had them in wrong at first. Once I figured out how they fit, I noticed there was bass but I could easily hear what was going on around me. I would have said 5/10 they sounded like others I had heard before. They were Okay but not WOW. Then I noticed it comes with 3 sets of silicone tips but 1 set of FOAM tips.
Update:
After 1 week...
These are still great! Amazingly balanced, great but not overpowering bass. Good mids and highs aren't irritating. These are alot like my Audio Technica headset. Like really great monitors. Again the foam tips are where it's AT!!
I had heard earbud tips that are foam will block a LOT of noise. So I tried those and HOLY mother of god! These blew me away! little subtle sounds came out and the bass was perfect. NOT blow your eardrums but it was there. I listened to "Audiophile music" on youtube and there was a hans zimmer piece it actually made me blut out Ughh it had a bass hist that was transcendent! These were just delightful.
When I took them out my kids and wife were glaring at me. "Dad, did you hear what we said!?!?" "Yes, of course, I replied" Had I not seen them I would not have known I missed anything. I later figured out I was supposed to install a game for my kid. Oh well. These are that good that the music is very balanced and for gosh sakes use the foam tips they are AMAZING!!

I have these a 2 star because they sounded decent..... while they worked normally. 1 day (about 6 hours really) of use and there's a consistent buzzing in the left ear bud.
They still play and I'll be using them until I replace and refund them but 6 hours?!!!
UPDATE: I need to update this out of fairness (and it's actually quite overdue). I have no idea what the buzzing was about that first day and in every pair of earbuds I've ever had that was a death knell but these came back. I had to use them the next day and the buzzing had faded considerably in the morning. By maybe lunch the buzzing was gone. I continued using them from August to late December, every weekday and all day longwith no issue. They're still good to go and sounds pretty good. I would buy again.

As a preface I'm happy to report that the media buttons on this particular pair of earbuds actually all work with my android phone, a first for me!
This pair of headphones is surprisingly heavy-duty feeling, a bit heavier than what I've known but nothing off putting. Each of the junction points of this are made of metal, the buds, the Y connector, the media button housing, the jack itself. All metal. If this thing dies within a few months I'll be shocked. The sound is nice and bassy, punchy, and pretty clear mids. Only slightly muddy from what I can tell (at least compared to last pair) but I'll gladly take it given the punchy lows. The package comes with a nice pouch for all the replacement buds (including a cushy foam pair!). They fit well and secure in the ear and don't leak noise to a worrying degree. Would recommend these surprisingly priced buds
Follow up: after using these buds for several months I am thoroughly happy with them. They have lasted this long through many different wearing conditions and have grown to appreciate little features like the smooth coating along the outside of the cables which make it really easy to untangle. Still a solid 5/5

I ordered these to have on a long plane ride. They are great!!! My husband ordered a different, more well known brand - he likes my Be from better! They are better quality & the sound is great! So much so, I have to keep my eye on mine as my kids & husband would like to "borrow" them. In addition to the quality sound, I really like the durability & look of the earphone cords. They look & feel much expensive than the cost of the headphones. The ear buds are also very comfortable! Definitely plan on ordering more in another color, although I really like the green that I have. Thank you! In this case, you get much more than you paid for - how refreshing is that?!

I own 12 different in-ear headphones and these, even though not near the most expensive, have the most impressive sound quality and comfort you're looking for in your headphones. The range is incredible and they do not sound "tinny" or "muddy". If you have the ability to use adaptive sound on your device, you can maximize the potential of these fine headphones. I like to just sit back, relax and hear every synthesizer ping, every guitar riff, drum fill and the voices are crystal clear. Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon is meant to be the musical masterpiece and through these headphones you take a sonic trip that will leave you smiling and satisfied. You will become so immersed in your music that due to it's design, everything is blocked out and outside the music playing, almost nothing else can be heard to distract from your listening experience. The cords are well made, braided and strong. This is probably the best headphones you can buy for under $100. I have bought these as gifts as well and everyone was totally impressed and their friends all ask where I got them. I know this review seems a little long and flashy, but you rarely find anything these days worth raving about, but this is the exception. Get a pair and hear your music, your phone calls or your books on tape the way they are meant to be heard. Hope thus helps you in your buying adventure.

5.0 out of 5 stars good sound for the price

Overall, good headphones, especially at $14 price range.
PROS:
- Bass is present. Whoever states in the review "no bass" needs to properly fit the silicone earpieces. They should be snug. In fact, bass is good (12mm drivers).
The bass is better than in my current BeatsX, may be as good or better than in Sony WI-XB400 I tried briefly recently. Better than my old deceased in ear Sennheisers. Surely it's not as good as in $300 over the ear Bose or Sony.
- Cable is short which I like (using them wirelessly with a minin bluetooth receiver).
NEUTRAL:
- Mids and Highs are a bit muffled. Not critical for me, and you can only tell that comparing side by side with some other piece.
CONS:
- Microphone is bad. Voice is really muffled. OK for a one-off calls.
- the tips to which the earpieces are fit are of a weird oval shape, not round. You need to orient them properly in the ears or you can feel them even through silicone earpieces. Again, it's acceptable for me.

I had pretty low expectations. I own headphones that cost 100's of dollars so my hopes for these little couple dollar earbuds being any "good" were pretty low. I'm here to tell you, I was wrong! These ear buds are great! They are comfortable. They have very clear sound. They plug end seems pretty robust, which since my laptop really holds on tight, it's nice that these have a metal end that feels like you can pull it would without damaging the ear buds.
Possibly the best part is the mic. I was getting a lot of grief during meetings about my audio when using the computer's built in mic. The first meeting with these I was getting "OOOHS" and "AHHHHS" for the improvement of my audio. Not a single gripe about my audio since getting these. 100% effective.
I use them 99% for meetings now that i'm working remotely (unless you're from the Gov't and want to tax me for working from home, in that case i'm working in the office). For the 1% that I use these for music, they really sound good. Like.... Why did I pay $400 for Bose good.... They have great bass response.. DJ Magic Mike can drop into these buds any time.
They came with replaceable silicone ear gaskets. The ones that came on them are good for my big ol wax factories. The cable is a rubber/plastic/silicone covered twisted strand, not going to use it to swing from a window, but pumps sound into your ears just fine. Overall, I don't see how you can gripe on these unless you received a bad set out of the box.

I had to write a review for these earphones they are excellent! I purchased them because I have a walkman type audio player that has a built in FM radio so bluetooth earphones can not be used. I use it at work mostly to eliminate the noise of my follow workers. These earphone are fantastic, they cancel most conversations to a low murmur but I still tell if someone is trying to speak with me. They sound great. Lately most headphones manufacturers push a deep bass but I prefer it balanced tone. My other like is the fit. I usually have a hard time with earphones because they are either too big and hurt my ears after a long use or too small and they fall out often. It must be the oval design ear section that does it they just feel comfortable all day long after 8 hours of working and they don't fall out. They work great for my audio players FM antenna and mostly tangle free but I still have to play with them a little when I take them out of the pouch. So I highly recommend these earphones for the price you can't go wrong. In fact I bought a second pair for a spare. I hope the manufacturer reads these reviews and continues to sell the oval design in the future it fits perfect.

I bought them in the 2019 October when I got fed-up with cheap bluetooth earbuds. This one was cheap enough with good reviews. Now, after one year and 9 months after with lot of abuse and use , I still enjoy them at night before sleep. I once forgot them in washer and to my surprise it still worked. The sound quality is decent and bass is enough for normal users to forget they are hearing them from a cheap earphone. Overall, I just realized how good value they were today and felt to share this review.
They are almost at the end of life for me as the wire guard near the earbuds gave up after the abuse and the wire may break any time for me. But till then I never forgot how they made me feel happy with my purchase .

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding Sound For The Price

Like many other reviewers have stated, these earphones pack a very surprising sound, and the bass is what will jump at you right off the bat. Maxell used to make them this way but somehow they are nearly impossible to find nowadays.
The package is superior to what one would expect from a product in this price range. Included in the nifty box are the earphones, a sturdy carrying pouch, replacement soft tips, instructions and a clip to hold the wire if the dangling bothers you.
Material for the outer wire and the actual buds appears to be very resistant, so I hope they last longer than other brand names I have the unpleasant experience to have owned which broke within months. What surprised me the most are the little details, like a protecting plastic for the entry plug, or simply the way they are packaged.
Just a forewarning: on low volume it is easy to lose the bass quality but only one notch above you will feel like you are submerged in the music. I am very happy with my purchase!

The ratings were very good for these so I gave them a try even though I had never heard of the brand. I may not be an audiophile, but I love me some bose wireless headphones. Now, these aren't Bose, but for a 5th of the price, the are very very good. They feel nice and solid and have some quality weight to them. I replaced my samsung headphones that came with my phone and use these for work calls. I have had no complaints about the calls, and I hear very well. When I make calls on my bose headphones, if I move my arm up by my ear (by accident) people are like, I can't hear you. These don't do that. The fit in my ears and stay in them. I don't like headphones that block 100% of noise, and these block just enough for me. If I lost these, I would buy again.

I tried out two other earbuds (LG's in box shoe-in pair, and the Betron YSM1000) with LG V50 phone plus two pairs of fully-isolating headphones (AKG 550 Mk 1 and Fnatic React) to compare it to. Of all of the earbuds I own, the BS10s are the most balanced, requiring the least adjustment on my LG V50 handset. Unlike the other Betron's, these miniscule buds are just easy to adjust to get right. I love my quad-DAC LG V50, really the first phone that really shows off good earbuds and allows you to tweak (read: rebalance) the sound to be near perfect. I listen to jazz, soul, some classical and hard rock as well as simply as a headset and they just feel so great, I soimetimes forget they are in my ears. They are also flat enough that if you listen to Audible books while in bed, you can fall asleep with them in and you won't feel them pressing in on your ears. The noise cancellaton works as it should and the in-line controls seem to do the job.
One nicety is the higher quality of the somewhat stiff cable so untangling them from your cinch bag is not as difficult and rubber coated.

I grew up in a family of musicians, and I did music and theater for many years of my life too, so I guess I can call myself a geek and a snob when it comes to sound quality. I needed to get a pair of cheap earbuds with a mic so I can make phone calls. I did not expect these earbuds to have such fabulous sound. I mean, certainly, you don't compare earbuds of the $10-20 price range with excellent professional recording studio headphones. But still, saying that these earbuds right here are "good for the price" would not do them justice. They are much better than many other earbuds I've tried from a higher price range. The quality of sound is great, and the bass is not overwhelming but just perfect. The only thing that isn't perfect is the noise cancellation. Yes, they eliminate noise from outside quite well - I was sitting next to my desk phone ringing and I did not hear it while the music was on in my earbuds. But they don't isolate their own sound well. Meaning, others can hear your music playing. If you're alone in the room, it's fine, but if you're sitting next to someone in transport, it can be annoying to them. It is normal for earbuds to have this issue though, and these ones have it less than many others. So again - they are fantastic. The mic is good too - I've had many phone calls and nobody has complained.
The extra earbuds don't look exactly like they do here in the picture. Mine are gray, not black. But it's the same thing, so I did not take any points out for that. Also, one of the pairs of extra buds is made of memory foam, which is amazingly comfortable.
This is a total steal for the price. Best earbuds I've tried in years.

EDIT - UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER:
Unfortunately they stopped working all of a sudden. It like seems the wiring is a little weak near the plug so the connection is faulty after just a month of normal wear and tear. I'm giving them another chance though since the sound quality is legit. Maybe I'm just unlucky, "$h#t happens" sometimes, lol. If I can get a replacement I'll check back in another month to update again :)
I've owned several pairs of headphones in my life ranging from cheap earbuds to expensive Razor noise cancelling headphones. These earbuds are absolutely fantastic considering the low price. They're on par with (if not slightly better) my AKG earbuds that came with my Samsung Galaxy S9, which are $100+ high quality earbuds. I even had my fiance compare them side by side and he said these are indistinguishable from the AKG pair. Apparently these earbuds have audio drivers to help increase sound quality and especially amplify bass. I'm not an expert but I can definitely tell my music sounds crystal clear and I can feel the bass thumping in my ears just as well. Additionally these earbuds feel like high quality materials, not cheap plastic. The jack plug and backs of the earbuds are made of metal so I'm assuming they'll last much longer. We all know how annoying it is when your favorite pair of headphones starts to fray and fall apart.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better Than The Original Beats! Amazingly clear Mids & Highs, Punchy Bass
Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2020

For $10, you are not going to get a better pair of headphones. These are every bit as good as my original beats that I paid $100 for. They are solidly built, with decent wiring and plug. The sound is incredible for the price. Incredibly potent bass, along with nice sounding highs & mids. Truthfully, they are loud enough to make you think that they have built-in amplification. I’m actually shocked how good they sound and look. I’ve seen some that have complained about the wiring pulling out, which can happen with any headphones. It might be wise to put a dab of rubber cement or superglue where the wire connects to the plug and then the left/right splitter. Just to give a little extra support. Though, for $10, you’re not going to beat the sound of these and it would be well worth buying two or three pairs of them just in case.
Regardless, if you want a great sounding pair of earbuds that allow for some hefty bass… These are it! Don’t pay for a brand name, because I doubt any one person could tell the difference between these and beats.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than apple earbuds
Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2019

I've been using apple earbuds since 2007, when I got my first iPod. I really liked the sound quality and they were usually better than the over-the-ear or on-the-ear brands I tried. As a matter of fact, I compared them to Beatz Solo headphones my brother had. While they had more bass, it was muddy and the earbuds had much better clarity and highs. My apple earbuds started breaking down and I was having to turn the volume way up.
I bought these as my replacements after amazon recommended them. I can't say I remember the exact quality of the apples, but at the end, these were way better and I had to start turning my volume on devices from almost full blast to hear it well, down to approx. 1/3 volume to prevent deafness.
I liked them so well, I bought a second pair for work. This particular pair I'm reviewing are ones I bought for my dad when his cheapo earmuffs died. He was real squirrely about them at first and to be honest so was I. Neither of us liked the squishy pieces going down in our ears. However, like me, he soon decided that they were comfortable and stayed in really well. I've been jogging with them when they didn't come out.
The only downside I've had in that respect is that when I walk with them in, in the winter, the cable rubs against my zipper on my jacket and that noise travels up the wire easily. I have to adjust them so they don't.
Otherwise, we're both happy with them. I don't like that these have an inline mic though. Mine don't and they were out of stock with no restock date for the ones without. I had to get him the one with the inline mic. Neither of us will ever use it and it's just one more thing to bounce around and add weight, as little as that may be.
Overall, they're a solid earbud. The reason I gave 3-stars for noise cancellation is because I assume it means cancelling surrounding sound for you. You can still hear fairly well with them in, though noise is slightly muted. You can jack them way up, though, without anyone hearing what you're listening to. It would really hurt my ears before anyone can hear my music. The cables and packaging are really solid, though. The cables are thick and the ends are really sturdy looking aluminum. The box is really nicely designed. Not that it makes a difference to function, but shows that the company cares enough to look at even these details. I'd recommend these to anyone. Especially as cheap as they are. You can get several pair and toss them at work, in your car, gym bag, etc... and not have to be precious about them, worrying if they'll get stolen or broken. This is the 3rd pair I've ordered and I'd get more.

I consider myself and audiophile so my standards are pretty high when it comes to my earbuds and headphone choices. I have all studio quality wireless buds and headphones in the $150-$300 but i wanted to find a solid pair of earbuds that I could use through my work day or workouts that were affordable but still provided some sound quality. Usually you have to pick one or the other, either low price point or sacrifice the sound quality of the product.. these Betrons truly impressed me.. I would have preferred a Bluetooth setup to avoid the main wire always being in the way but for what these cost and the level of sound quality that they produce.. they are easily best wired earbuds under $100.. I've had mine for 6 months or so now and they haven't skipped a beat.. they've been on construction sites they've been at the gym they've been in the sauna they fit inside my full-face motorcycle helmet and I've had no issues at all other than the occasional pesky cord getting in my way or accidentally being caught on something and pulled out of the headphone jack. Strongly recommend

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Budget Wired Headphones
Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2020

I've had these for a little over a year now and these are the best budget wired headphones I've ever owned. They're definitely comfortable and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. I have slightly large and mismatched ear canals so many other in-ear headphones do not work for me but I haven't had any issues with these. They stay in my ears and can even be painful if they're accidentally ripped from my ears, that's how well they conform to my ears.
Sound quality is good, definitely above average for the price point. I listen to music and podcasts. Voices are clear and understandable even in slightly noisy environments. I'm not an audiophile but I enjoy music. The bass is fine, you can really hear it on songs like "Bad Guy" by Billie Eilish but most songs that don't really push the bass don't make much of an impact. The mids and hights are good so vocals are very clear. I don't think the average user would have any complaints about the sound quality unless they love overwhelming bass.
The "noise cancellation" is just passive, relying on the shape of the earphone itself to block out sounds. I've found they do an okay job. If you're in a noisy environment you may have to turn up the volume in order to drown out sounds but I don't mind a little ambient noise coming in, in case someone calls me and I need to respond.
The mic is probably between fine and good. I haven't had any complaints when I talk on the phone with someone. There is no noise cancellation on it so they will hear background noise if there is any but if you're in a quiet environment they shouldn't have any issues hearing you.
The additional controls like pause and forward/backward only work on specific devices like phones that still have a headphone jack. My current phone does not have a headphone jack so these headphones are mainly for my computer and PS4, neither support the controls.
Durability is good. These are my second Betron headphones, the first pair weren't ergonomic enough for me and hurt my ears after a couple hours. Nothing has gone wrong in my year+ of ownership. I've accidentally left my other Betron headphones in the wash and dryer and they came out just fine, fully functional, I don't see why these would be different.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone that just needs comfortable no-frills headphones. These will get the job done and I don't think they'll break down on me anytime soon but if they do, for the price I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. As long as they keep selling these I doubt I'll ever get a different pair of wired headphones again.

I am brutal to headphones. It's unintentional, but its true. These don't look like they can take it but they are still pumping out clarity. I have 3 girls... the noise canceling is GREAT! The design is pretty good for laying on your side without jabbing it into your ear, that rates high for me. They don't wax up as fast as many others, but it sits outside your ear canal very comfortably for long times. I just twist them counterclockwise a few degrees when I put them and I actually do forget I am wearing them... I said I was brutal. The price doesn't make sense as I was not expecting the sound quality to be this great at this price. If they keep making them, I'll keep breaking them. Haha... that rhymes
(Breaking is as stated, unintentional)

I thought my $10 cheap Walmart earbuds were broke as I heard static at times through the left ear. I tried these new ones today and still had static. It was my laptop audio driver. I fixed that quick and these earbuds sound great. There is a DEFINITE bass and clarity increase over my cheapy ones. (I compared the 2 without the static). It was like night and day. Playing a game last night, the background tune had a part in it where there was bass I didn't know existed.....I thought someone was stomping on our wood floor. Well worth the money for a wired earbud and sounded pretty good compared to a $150 set of Monster Turbines I had years ago. The default silicone tips fit fine. It came with a little bag. I would buy again.

It feel ultimately so comfortable when placing inside ear. I couldn’t believe it. Because one thing I don’t like about expensive headphones that you have to plug into your hear, is if it’s loose. That doesn’t occur with these headphones at all. I wish iPhone headphones where just as snug and comfortable as these. Can’t believe it. It’s also very, very loud. With just one of the headphones on, if felt like you had both on, so imagine if both were on. And I had it on a low volume, its not like I had it on high, and still it was very loud. I also wish that the iPhone headphones were that loud. So guys as you can see, its a win win! Go for it! It won’t let you down!

This is a very comfortable set to use. I liked the clarity. They send a clearer signal than those I am used to using, the volume is great. Only complaint is, while using them to talk to someone, there was a complaint that I sounded muffled. I switched to an older head set and they were happy to be able to hear me clearly again. So for my personal use. These are great for when I want to listen to music or catch a flick on my cell. I would prefer to use them as I can hear past the tinnitus as someone speaks through them. I even have to lower the volume on my cell at times. On my end, they're perfect when it comes to phone communication. Not sure what I can do about making my voice clearer to the caller except to change to a different pair. I'll be wearing headsets like jewelry to make such a switch.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Earbuds but quality control is an issue

Very capable earbuds with some EQing. They sound muffled out of the box to me because I also use other hi end earbuds and headsets so my ears are accustomed to those sounds but to new ears it will sound great. Good mids and bass. A little too low on the highs but good sound stage. Unfortunately after 2 1/2 months the right side started cutting in and out. Seems to be a ground issue. I contacted the company and without any hesitation they sent out a replacement. However upon receiving that replacement the earbuds were tangled up and jumbled in the box as if someone just threw them in there. The twisty tie that keeps the wires in place were already loose. The earbuds themselves looked used with oily residue and earwax in the speaker canals (I ended sanitizing them). On top of all that the right side was much lower in volume than the left, I even double check the speaker balance to make sure. It was obvious that they sent me a product that was already used by a previous customer instead of a new one. I contacted them again and instead of sending me a replacement and a label to return the one they sent me. They would rather me cut both earbuds and take pictures of them to get a refund. The thing is I like the earbuds, why not make it easy and just let me swap them out? Smh anyways I think Betron makes a great product but their quality control is lacking. Will i purchase another Betron product? Maybe in future if they improve.

I've been using the Betron BS-10RM headset for weeks now, and I'm very satisfied with the product. I'd been using the entry-level Sony for a long time, and this Betron set is clearly much higher quality while barely more expensive. For starters, the materials and construction are excellent; a mix of metal and plastic and some very rubbery material casing the cable. The cable is braided inside, so this helps prevent tangling. It just feels like quality. I love the toggle and volume buttons on the right side cable; very convenient and easy to operate. It still feels a little odd inserting these into my ears sideways, but it's really just a motion I'm having trouble getting used to. When I get them in my ear, these are probably the most comfortable I've ever used.
Sound quality is at least "very good". I listen to a wide range of musics and podcasts through them and all I've gotten is clear sound with some serious range to it. Never tinny or muffled sounding. I bet these will last a good, long while, but if these are lost or damaged, I'm highly likely to order another pair.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great sound, I'm very impressed

My main reason for purchasing these was for my switch, I almost exclusively play it in handheld mode and until now have been using a pretty decent pair of headphones (Sony WH-CH700N.) I had no complaints about the sound quality of those headphones but was looking for something a little more compact.
I don't have a ton of experience with 3rd party wired earbuds (I typically used the ones included with my various phones over the years as well as a couple of pairs of bluetooth ones.) I read some of the reviews and was skeptical of the praise given in some of them. My skepticism, I can wholeheartedly say, was completely unfounded!
The first thing I noticed was the weight of of them, there is definitely a noticeable difference between these and all of the phone/device packaged ones I've used. I don't want to say they are heavy, because they were very comfortable to wear, but it definitely gave it a more sturdy feel.
For me the fit was extremely comfortable, of course this is a YMMV type observation as everyone has different size and shaped ears and preferences in terms of fit and feel, but for me, the default rubber plugs that were already installed gave a very snug feel without giving me the sensation of pressure or something being pressed against the inside of my ear.
In terms of the sound, I went from unplugging my headphones to replacing them with these new buds without adjusting the volume level and there is a noticeable difference, these seem to be louder than my headphones were. I noticed certain subtleties in background music as well as various ambient sounds I never really noticed before. Currently playing Skyrim on the Switch to give indication of type of music and ambient noise I was listening to. I found the voices from some of the characters to have a more natural (warmer?) tone as well (if that makes any sense...)
I would not consider myself an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination and am usually one of those "if I hear something from it, it's good enough" type of people. But I am very happy with this product especially given the price point.
I have only just received these today so I can't speak to actual durability yet, but the build quality seems to be high judging by look and feel. I have not used the microphone or inline volume controls so I won't speak to either of those. They were delivered exactly when I was told to expect them. Lastly I do appreciate the little carrying case that was included with them as I don't like to wind my wire around things for storing purposes, so it gives me a great way to store them without fear of damaging or the wires tangling too much.
As others have said, if you are on the fence about buying these or not, do it. They seem to be well worth the money!

I needed a pair of earbuds for music on my Samsung phone while bike riding. I had been using a Polk Nue Era pair with my old Apple player which are excellent but don't work with my phone. The bass on the Betron is not near as good as the Polks but the mid to high range is actually better. The Betron comes with extras (long cord, cord holder, and clip) which are a bonus. I found that there is little noise cancellation because even their largest earbuds are too small to fill my ears (and I have normal sized ears), unlike the Polks which did an excellent job. The controls are taking a little time to find still and I haven't used the mic yet, but for the cost, I'm more than satisfied with these after searching for quite awhile!
5.0 out of 5 stars Best wired headphones w/ track+volume control I've found for the (cheap) money
Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2019

Since I tend to lose headphones pretty fast, I'm always on the lookout for good cheap pairs with the following qualities:
1. Decent sound
2. A solid cord that won't tangle at a moment's notice or disintegrate after a few weeks of use
3. Volume AND track control that works on android
These Betrons nail all 3 of those criteria beautifully.
The cord feels super substantial, definitely less tangley than most. I also imagine it will last a bit longer (been a while now and no problems yet).
The ear pieces seem to fit into my ears a bit more snugly than usual (Def a good thing) without fatiguing my ears after use. Definitely helps keep them "locked in" during activity.
Sound is good, haven't really focused too much but sounds "full range" to me. Bass is effectively low, highs are high, and let's be honest most people these days listen to low quality sound sources on their phone anyway (streaming etc) so I'm not going to waste time trying to analyze the sound further.
Finally, the remote for controlling track and volume is WAY more substantial than any sub $20 pair I've tried. Feels great and quite usable.
Will be buying another pair if and when these get lost or break in some way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best replacement for Samsung AKG earphones!

This was a shockingly fantastic pair of headphones. I bought this after losing my AKG headphones that come out-of-the-box with the Note 8. I specifically chose this because I've gotten used to the way the AKG headphones were shaped, and surprisingly, this turned out to be a perfect replacement. The wires are thin but feel tough. The earbuds themself are metallic in feeling and slightly heavier than the Samsung earbuds, but not to noticeable a difference. What I HAVE to praise is the sound quality. It sounds fantastic- there's no tinny sound that is characteristic of many cheap earphones. If I didn't buy these myself, I would've assumed these cost at least $50. In fact, I've purchased 3 pairs of these already- mainly because I keep losing them. Also, one thing to note is that these are not water tolerant AT ALL. I've accidentally left these in the washer before for 5 minutes, and they came out sounding very tinny after leaving them to dry. So don't have to much hope in them sounding good after a quick wash! However, these should do fine in light rain.

Knowing that so many of these reviews are fake, I asked someone I could trust-- my son. He said they were pretty good, so I bought them. Well, they are beyond "pretty good"-- the sound is excellent! The sound, honestly, is on par with the big over-the-ear headphones I normally use to listen to music. The quality of classical music, especially, was really, really good. Very well balanced. They also seem quite well-made, with a weight to them that makes me think they will last. (Will update this review if they don't.) The shape allows for side sleeping, too, as long as you have a soft pillow.

The side angled earbuds threw me for a loop when I first saw them but oh wow they fit perfectly and the sound quality is the best of any earbuds I have ever purchased.
Even the packaging exudes quality from the box with the self sealing flap (how do they do that? Magnets?) to the classy little clasp bag for storage. The wires are wrapped in a transparent sheathing beyond the twined interior. The start, stop, pause remote features were a pleasant surprise (although I wish they were a tad further down the wire so I could see them to operate as well as feel them).
Everything about these earbuds says quality at five times the price.

I use my cheap Sony earphones when I work out in the gym, but they died. So I ordered several replacement earphones: KLIM Fusion earbuds, $19.90; Betron BS10 Earphones, $13.99; and Gamogo G2 in-ear Earphones, $11.05. I like an emphasis on bass and that is why I selected these, but also for reasonable pricing. Following are my comparisons. Both the KLIM and BS10 came with both foam in-ear and rubber inserts in several sizes; the G2 came with 3 rubber insert sizes. I have not used the mic on any of the products.
KLIM specs: 16 ohms, sensitivity 98 dB, freq 15-21k Hz. KLIM came with an assortment of foam & rubber inserts. I definitely prefer the foam inserts and they isolate outside noises best. KLIM and BS10 sounded similar to me, with the KLIM a little more focused on bass. I’m not a fan of the volume slider on the KLIM, but the track advance button is easiest on the KLIM. KLIM would not stay in my ear until I learned to hook it to my bottom inside earlobe; now it is good for the gym. It will probably be my go-to product for the gym; it is definitely lighter than the others.
Betron BS10 specs: 16 ohms, sensitivity 100 dB, freq 20-20k Hz. BS10 came with an assortment of foam & rubber inserts. I use the foam inserts as they fit best and isolated outside noise. BS10 had good bass and it was a little more natural than the KLIM. BS10 had both volume and track advance on the right earphone lead, but it is sometimes difficult to avoid hitting the volume control when you want to hit track advance. The BS10 earphones are easy to insert and stay in place nicely.
Gamogo G2 specs: 8 ohms, but box says 16 ohms, sensitivity 92 dB, freq 20-24k Hz. G2 came with only 3 rubber inserts. Bass response of the G2 was less than the other two, but I think if I used a foam insert it would show the bass better. The G2 fits securely and is good in the gym. The control on the right earphone lead includes only track advance, but I don’t miss the volume controls (I use them on my ipod if needed).
In summary, I like all three of these earphones. I probably will use the BS10 most for the gym, because of comfort. But I also like the KLIM for the gym, because of its emphasis on bass.

2. QUALITY: Solid parts. Strong, no tangle cord. Feels like it will last a long time.
3. COMFORT: Also exceptional. Comes with 4 different sizes, shapes of bud, so getting one that fit me was easy. Buds are high quality, soft, molded to fit my inner ear (unlike the hard, one size fits all Apple buds). Buds seem designed by someone who actually looked at an ear. Was impressed front the start, as these come in a high quality box with magnetic flap, foam insert, pleather (?) bag and small zip baggies for the extra ear pieces and clip (for winding them around, though the directions don't say how to do so without messing up the wires). The headphones themselves are nicely constructed with rubberized wrapping and some of the key components framed in metal, including the control bar that has multiple functions where you can move forwards and backwards through songs depending on how you click the center button. The labeling is very hard to read but just know the control bar is on the left side (opposite to the iPhone earbuds).

One really important feature for me is the flatness of them; they do not protrude from the ear as some cheaper ones do. I wear them while riding my motorcycle quite often and I can get the full-face helmet on with them in-ear without any problem. Other cheaper plastic ones that I have tried stick out and get pulled out when putting the helmet on; but these do not stick out and thus stay perfectly in place. It did come with different size plugs but none of them seemed to give me the seal I was hoping for because I bought this unit to use while motorcycle riding but I hear too much motor and not enough music. In other ears and under other circumstances they would probably work fine. UPDATE: Today I learned the secret of making these earphones work properly. All I had to do to get the proper sound and bass reflex was to turn the plug once in my ear to where the wire fit into the lowest part of the opening and I achieved the sound that I was expecting. Two thumbs up on quality and sound!

I have suffered through the costly frustration and disappointment of buying around a dozen earbuds over the last 2 years alone, only to have to throw them away because of broken cords, poor fit or just plain horrible sound. Although I've only had the Betron BS 10 set for only a few days, I feel comfortable enough to go out on a limb and say that this is the very best set that I've ever owned. I make this declaration based on some areas where these earphones distinguish themselves from all of the others that I've tried.
First, the overall quality of the product is exceptional. From the heavy duty cord to the connectors, it seems obvious that someone took the time to design a sturdy product that is meant to last, and it shows. This doesn't seem to be cheap, mass-produced cosmetic junk that we've become so accustomed to. Next comes the earphones themselves and the fidelity of the sound that they deliver. The sound quality is truly exceptional! This is the kind of sound quality that one would expect from name-brand earphones costing significantly more than the $13 that I paid for them. I also appreciated some of the really nice features that are incorporated into the piece, such as the volume controls and other functions that I can now command without actually touching my phone, the adjustable "Y" on the cord and even a lapel clip - things that seem so simple, yet so very welcomed in making the product even more useful and user friendly. Even the packaging - the presentation of the product itself, is way above par and suggests from the outset, that this product is different. As if all of this wasn't enough, the earphones come with a 1 year warranty! How cool is that?
So far, so good and I am very VERY pleased with these Betron earphones. I plan to buy a second set soon, just in case these get damaged. Will update this review if anything changes.
UPDATE 11/4/19: So, I enjoyed around 3 months of complete bliss with these earphones, then the usual culprit surfaced: the cord broke at the plug, resulting is a short, rendering the pair useless. I was tremendously disappointed and contacted Betron on October 16 to register my disappointment and to exercise the warranty. I got an impressively fast and very polite response from Stev, who immediately offered a replacement, which I received a few days afterwards. It's possible that I may have gotten the odd unit, or the failure could have been as a result of my excessive usage. I am still very much pleased with the Betron earphones and can't see going to any other brand in the foreseeable future. Their very responsive customer service also served to seal the deal with me. Even though the Betron unit is the best built that I've ever owned, I am now more mindful of minimizing any undue stress to the area where the wire meets the plug and will try to strengthen that area with either some shrink insulation or some other kind of strong and flexible material. I think that any company that can deliver a unit with Betron's quality AND a more rugged wire-plug union, will have a runaway winner on their hands. I will be buying a second pair of these earphones as a spare. The sound quality is that addictive and awesome!

Good value and good sound for the price
I don't know a whole lot about audio, but these sound great to me and deliver good bass. The cable seems durable and is easy to untangle. I don't think these are claimed as waterproof, but I've walked through heavy rain with them multiple times and they were never damaged. Best part is, if they do break, just buy a new pair because they're so cheap for the performance. They cable has become slightly bent in places of stress, but the internal wires are not damaged. When using these while working or really doing any activity where you move a lot, you should use the clip that comes in the box. Also, you might want to buy some better earbud tips and the rubber ones feel like sandpaper to me and the foam ones are comfy, but too big for me.

These headphones have great sound (especially for the price) and are petty comfortable to fall asleep with them in. During the day I normally use bluetooth headphones, but I carry a spare pair of these with me in case my bluetooth headphones need charged. I also have a set by my bed, a set for upstairs, and a spare set or two in case one of my cats chews up the cord on a pair (again).
Customer service is great also. Although I've had at least like 8 pairs of these with no problems, I had a pair that had one side go out after a few months. They were out of this specific model, but offered me either a different colored version, or a higher end model, no questions asked. Great headphones, great company, great price. What more could I ask for?

After years of relying on Apple's EarPods I've been exploring reasonably-priced alternatives that 1) stayed in my ears better, 2) weren't white (that was highly visible and showed dirt), and 4) blocked outside noise. These are the best I've found so far.
I'm no audiophile but I listen to a lot of music on headphones while working. I've been pleased with the balanced sound and the way that the tight fit minimizes environmental noise.
The inline controller works well with clearly defined buttons for Volume Up, Volume Down, Pause/Play. Clear instructions are also included for using the same buttons to skip ahead, skip back, answer a call, send a call to voicemail, etc.
The cable seems to be reinforced and feels sturdy, as does the plug. The earphones themselves also look and feel nice.
And, as a finishing touch, the whole package comes in a nice little box in which Betron includes three different sized plug pairs—S, M, L—that can be interchanged to best fit the listener's ears.
For the price, I'm very pleased and, based on a couple weeks of daily use, would highly recommend these to others looking for the same requirements I had.

I rarely write a review on Amazon, but when I got the email link from Betron asking if I would write one, I thought why not? These earbuds are really great for the price! My two primary factors for selecting these were the ergonomics of the earbuds (how they fit in my ear) as well as the sound quality. I have tried so many earbuds lately because I was trying to find the right combination of fit and sound. Returned all of them, except these. Initially I had wanted something totally wireless and had been looking at all kinds of bluetooth earbuds. But truth is, I could never find the right combination of fit and sound. So I went back to "wired" ear buds. I ride a motorcycle, and trying to find a set of earbuds that fit and stay in my ears while putting on a helmet on was key! These earbuds go in, and stay in the ear; and have a very low profile fit, which I love. Also, the sound quality and volume level are great such that I can ride my motorcycle at highway speeds and still hear my music clearly and with enough bass and volume. Plus, the control switch is very handy for answering calls, changing songs, etc. For $10, you can't beat that.

These are the best earbuds with a microphone that I have bought on Amazon. I go through about 20 earbuds a year, and that ended with buying this exact model. I’ve bought exactly two of these models because the first one lasted me from May 2019 to April 2020. Then I ordered another brand that lasted three weeks and decided to go back to old faithful.
For the fact that it lasted a full year of repeated, daily use, going to the gym, numerous phone calls, falls, water damage, etc., I feel this is the best earbud purchase one could make on Amazon. Buy 1 per year, and you’re set.

I needed new headphones and these were highly reviewed so I took a shot. The sound quality is rich and amazing. I had a 7.99 set of Skull Candy headphones and compared them. Night and day difference--I couldn't believe it! In addition to having just a richer, fuller sound, at the same volume setting these were significant louder than the skullcandy ones. I'm really happy I got these. I already bought a second pair. They are also pretty comfortable amd have many extra options for fit. I love that they come with a carrying pouch so there is somewhere to keep it all together.

These buds are as good, perhaps even better, than the ones that came with my Samsung 8+. They have enough bass that I don't have to crank them up so loud, and yet they get louder than the buds that came with my phone; they get just as loud as my over-the-ear Koss Porta Pros (which I also highly recommend) but I think what I like about the best--they stay in my ears, far better than any of the "plug" ear buds that I have ever used. I should also add that the ff/play/stop/rw functions work exactly as the buds I got with my phone. That said, depending on how long they last, I would definitely purchase them again. A very fair price for a very functional set of ear buds.

I’ll keep this simple:
-they have excellent sound quality for calls, from BOTH sides of the call (used on both my android phone and my iPhone).
-they feel heavy enough to make me believe they’ll be durable beyond the five months I’ve now owned them.
-the little silicon ear plugs are hanging on tight, despite my abusing them (in/out of my ears all day, as well as getting them stuck between sofa cushions).
-they are very comfortable to wear (but that may vary, depending on the wearer’s ear shape).
Bottom line: when they finally need to be replaced, I will be buying another set of these exact earbuds.

If you're a reckless S.O.B. with a pinch of clumsy, you'll probably like these earphones. For the last three years, I had an earphone set from a previous model without the mic and volume buttons. Great sounds, excellent noise cancellation and man oh man oh man, it handled just about everything I threw at it. I'm talking excessive tugging, twisting, and squishing to the highest degree on a near daily basis. It's a freaking champ with the durability of George Foreman's chin, and from my experience with this model, it just feels the same in just about every conceivable way without the mic and volume control. I recommend for anyone who just doesn't want to be gentle with their earpiece and on a tight budget.

I've had these headphones for several months now and have been using them ~10 hours/week. I've found them to be pretty comfortable and with great sound quality. I was pleasantly surprised with how great these were given the price (I had purchased more expensive headphones on the same day but found the sound quality of these BS10 headphones to be much better). I would highly recommend these earphones.
My major concern is with the remote/volume control attached to the mic. After my third week of using these headphones, I found the remote would get stuck and would repeatedly bring down the volume to mute. I normally don't use the remote and the slightest touch anywhere along the line will cause trigger the remote to get suck and the headphones to turn down the volume. The problem is fixed if you adjust click down the "volume-up" button, but that button can also get stuck (and lead to deafening sounds in the meantime if you're listening to anything). It normally takes a couple minutes to fix this problem.
If you're looking for long term headphones, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

It's been nearly a year since I bought these headphones from Betron. I have been through so many headphones that I wanted to wait until I was confident these were as good as I hoped. I remember they came packed well with the usual accessories and they looked well made, fit in my ears well.
But I am writing this after using them every time I've run errands, in all kinds of weather, and every time I travel which is a fair amount, for nearly a year! I have yanked them and caught them on things. I have listened to them for hours on end at highest volume. I have slept with them on. They are still working wonderfully!
One drawback is the mic. I got complaints about that when I tried using it for phone calls, but it wasn't every call across the board that had trouble hearing me. Besides, I use a bluetooth headset for phone calls on a separate device, so don't mind using the Betron headphones as dedicated music and podcast headphones. I am very pleased with the sound quality and how well they've held up. Everything works a year later just as good as day one, despite literally being used daily.
Thank you Betron for making a product that lasts! I hate wasting plastic by having to throw out headphones too quickly!

I had the chance to use them on a call with my Samsung S8 and the sound quality was much better than using the phone's speaker and mic: more clarity and richer frequency range. The controls are convenient and easy to use. Given the low price, these earphones are a steal.

For $10.99, you really can't beat them. They're wired, so they never have to be charged; as many other reviewers have said, the sound quality is fantastic right out of the box - and if my audiophile friend Brian is to be believed, they will only sound better as they "break in." The little volume and play/pause control on the right earbud works perfectly. They far surpass the sound quality of the earbuds that came with my long-retired Galaxy S4 phone, which they are replacing. I will post any pertinent updates here, but so far I am very happy with these earbuds!

I don't know if these are actually MADE in the UK, but they are marked as a UK product. The quality is exceptional. The sound is amazing. The fit is very good. Even the packaging makes you think you purchased an upscale product, and IMO, you did. They even come with a small carry pouch - first time I have ever seen this, and I've purchased about 30 earbuds. I go through them quickly.
The ONLY thing I THOUGHT was slightly negative is that in my ears, they were not TIGHTLY sealed, so they wouldn't be the best for keeping out noise while flying or i noisy locations. However, the extra silicone ear inserts are different sizes. Medium is installed, I had to go large, and now the seal is fine. So not a negative at all. Just needed to change the silicone ear inserts and now they are perfect.

I'll give you the bad news up front: the sound quality is weak: the volume is surprisingly responsive, but the high-end is a bit muddy, and the bass is thick but with no real definition.
Having said all that, however, there are a lot of pluses. I needed these for working with a lawn mower and wood shop equipment, so they're great at noise cancellation and the construction is very impressive and solid. The cable is thick, generous length, and there is strain relief at every junction. The control buttons cover a full range of functions that are standard on much more expensive sets. It comes with a wide variety of ear cushion sizes, and there's even a cord clip and well-made carrying pouch So for $14, they serve the purpose I needed them for, even if a discerning audiophile may not approve.

I tested with classical, EDM, and rock and the songs all sounded like I was hearing the songs for the first time.
This product is a no brainer if you're looking for a new pair of earbuds, for the price and the quality. I have no idea why they are so cheap, but I'm not complaining. I'm pretty partial to this style of earbudss o I'm a tad biased but if you don't want bluetooth or over the ear headphones these are hands down the best option. Thank you Betron.

Pros: +Cheap and affordable for the common user. +Best value in terms of sound quality for the price. +Great Noise cancellation. +The wiring is made with a nice material to the touch. +The Side buttons work great. +The earbuds are on the side of the speakers so when to go in your ear, it looks like they actually belong there.
Cons: -The microphone quality isn't that good but I honestly expected that for the price. -Sometimes they can irritate the inside of your ear if left in for an extended period of time.
Overall: Great buy!

I am not a professional sound guy but I feel these buds can compete to many other high dollar brands easily. I can hear the cords of the guitar , bass is plump but not overdone, mids are very strong and present giving a foundation to the music, and the highs compliment very nicely with out being tinny. - does not get entangled in itself! (don't we all wish we could be that way ourselves? ;)
I use these Betron BS10 buds for two primary purposes: when engaging in lengthy phone calls, and especially for listening to You Tube sleep music or meditations before and during sleep. I love that I can control the volume easily using the panel on the wire, vs. having to reach over and do it on the phone. Re: sound quality, for my purposes I don't need a particularly strong bass element, so I gave a "3" rating on that because it's middle-of-the-road. It may actually be better than that for some folks. Didn't know much about Betron other than the online reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the sound and build quality. Although I have a Srhythm over the ears headset for home use, I regular use earbuds for making phone calls and listening to podcasts as they are more convenient while working or driving. As they get significant abuse, my usual "go-to" Panasonic buds last about one-year, so we'll see how the Betron's hold up, but so far, so good as they have superior sound quality.

Most wired headphones don't stay in my ears and I am constantly trying to push them back into the correct place. These are like none I have used. They stay in place and are very comfortable. Now more so than my Bluetooth sets. Cord is plenty long to put my phone in my back pants pocket. I am not a music aficionado but the quality seems good to me. Love having the little bag as well. Buttons work well for call ending and volume control etc.

I guess I'd be one of those self-professed audiophiles. I only use wired in headphones to listen to music. My main set is the Westone UM Pro 50 Five-Driver in-ear monitors coupled with a TOPPING NX5 DAC. Yes, I'm a weirdo. I also use a lot of open-back head cans when at home and in-studio.
Now that that disclaimer is out of the way...I bought these to replace the stock AKG headphones that came with my Note 8 that I lost. They feel great in ear. I love that they come with different ear tips but the only ones you should be using are the moldable foam eartips they include as well. These things make a HUUUUUUUUGE difference in the listening experience and fit. However I found them a bit fragile and they are already starting to rip 2 weeks in so I suggest you grab some Comply Foam tips. I'll update when I get mine so you can have the specs to order.
The sound is just ok. A bit bassy, mids can be a little higher, the treble is a little overboosted. I listen to a lot of death metal so these don't pair well with that genre. However, I put on some Tash Sultana and these things compliment her style very well.
The design on these are great. Love all the metal parts, especially the input jack. That thing will take a beating for years to come. I have the mic version but am looking to order the mic-less set which is preferable.

I liked these earbuds so much, I bought a second pair. I liked the fit of the buds and the sound is really good. And price is so reasonable! But then with my second pair, the left earbud stopped working (no sound coming out of that side) after 1 month, and I figured that this happens with inexpensive headphones. Then Betron emailed me to see how I was liking my earbuds (I had not contacted them first) so I replied that the left side stopped working, and they sent me a replacement pair!
NIce earbuds and great customer service!

On the bass end, these perform as expected for the price...but on the mid and high end they give out so much clarity and detail even at higher volumes without distortion.

I've never really listened to music with a lot of bass so when I played a song with lots of bass they sounded freaking amazing. I was shocked and I thought it was just the song I chose but then I realized that these were probably the first set of earphones I've owned that have decent bass. It feels like I've been missing out all these years. It's not like a blaringly loud and garbled mess either it produces some rather nice and relaxing tones. I know the nice snuffs and sound coniseuers will say its mediocre at best but these earphones are leagues above all the other earphones I've used in this price range

I had previously purchased these with cautious expectations, but when I first tried them I was greatly surprised by the sound and clarity and the good clear bass. Especially with foam earplugs (purchased separately), They drown out moderate outside noise and the music detail is unbelievable for an earphone at this price. I have put my top dollar SHURE earphones away . Unfortunately I lost/misplaced my first pair and I ordered another pair of the Betron BS10 and they sound just as good or better than the first pair I purchased. Great Buy, Great Sound.

I never knew that I had been listening to low quality sound reproduction until my last paid of headphones died. Not really knowing what I wanted, I followed the Amazon recommendation and found these reasonably-priced headphones. I was pleasantly surprise to discover how well made they are--even with their own pouch. I tend to get my headphones tangled in my bag, and inevitably one of the two sides goes dead, However, I'm hopeful for this pair. The cabling is longer and thicker than normal and a little bit stiff, which prevents it from tangling. The connections to the ear buds are also sturdy. I particularly like the angled ear buds. You have to have them in the correct ear, but they feel much more comfortable than the ambidextrous variety. And the sound is great: strong base and smooth treble. All in all, the best earphones I've ever owned. My only suggestion: put them on an id card-style pulley so the ccord can extend or retract based on need and stay tidy.
Great product!

I got these because my last pair of ear buds broke. These are GREAT! I work in a noisy environment and have been using over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones. These buds are so good I haven't used the full headphones since these came in.
The volume control only works on Android phones, apparently most lap-tops don't have the hardware on their audio ports to support this feature. So while that is disappointing, I can't subtract points from these buds for that.
They came in a really nice box, too.

Other pluses are a relatively sturdy cable, earpiece options, volume control, the carrying bag, and even the packaging. Bought these just to throw in travel bag for flying but I may buy more to have around for private listening... a very pleasant surprise and great value.

I’ve had these headphones for over a year now and I can say they are some of the better wired headphones I’ve ever had. I’ve had no problems with the cable going bad. I’ve never had complains about call quality and the bass is pretty good. They’re also very light weight wise on the ears so they don’t tire you over long sessions of listening to music.
Original review:
I have only had this for a week so I can't talk about how they hold in the long run, but until now they have been excellent. The bass is quite nice and subtle. They have a tight fit and the build seems durable. I like the fact that the mic and buttons are on the left because I prefer using only the left earbud when I don't want to have them both on. Something else I also enjoy about these headphones is the materials texture. It gives the earbuds their own personality. All in all they are definitely worth owning.

These are a cheaper alternative to other earphones in that they still manage to sound GREAT. With that out of the way, I believe the #1 trait of these earphones in particular is the durability. Being >300 lbs and ~6'6", the fact that these things still work PERFECTLY after countless nights of sleeping on top of them is pretty damn impressive. Through other unspeakable acts of neglect that would probably render other earphones unusable after the first or second time, the only thing that has occurred is a detachment of the "L" sleeve (surrounding the wire) connected to the base of the left earbud. I've rammed the things into my pocket countless times and they still work fine. Should my current pair ever finally break, I'll be sure to choose these again.

So, I look for durable earbuds, but I also look for ones that fit in the ear the right way. These are it. I also wanted controls for the mic and volume.
Everyone, I got these in January 2019, and they lasted up until about 3 days ago. It wasn't the fault of the product but my own fault actually. The 3.5 Jack suffered two cases of my neglect in a sense. The first time, it just bent because my phone fell wrong. The second time, my bag caused me to fully break the 3.5 Jack in half a few days back. That being said, I even pulled the cord on multiple accounts multiple times. These things can take a beating. Kudos to the people who made them. In fact, I just ordered another pair since I am satisfied.
They sound great for the price, and I didn't really hear distortion. The reason I gave 4 stars for noise iso is because I don't think it's active noise cancelling. It does block external sounds easily when listening to music and videos, but it doesn't cancel out when no media plays.
I absolutely adore the volume and pause and play buttons. I've come to rely on these features greatly. I look forward to my upcoming pair. I trusted the reviews, and I hope that people have as great as experience as I!

These are the best earbuds I think I've owned, at least so far. They seem very durable and show no wear after a few months.
I'm not a audiophile, so I won't claim that these have great sound compared to more expensive models, but it sounds good to me. They are extremely comfortable and very good at isolating noise. Normally I get an ache after using earbuds for more than an hour or so, but these don't. They also sit in the ear very securely.
The control on the wire is a bit odd in that the stop start button sits between the volume buttons, so you tend to accidentally change volume instead. But I got used to that pretty quickly.

Still now two years after the first pair they both work and sound like I just bought them. They fit in my ears pretty good and come with a bunch of ear bud sizes and a bag to keept them in. I am writing this review after 4 months of purchase. I dropped the earphones and had to buy another one last weekmni went with another brand because it was cheaper and realized how good this earphones were compared to the other ones. The price difference was only $4 and the quality of the sound and ear piece was so much. The other brand felt so bulky in my ears and sound was muffled. Betron is so much more comfortable in the ear and noise cancellation is really good. I regret throwing away the earphones to claim warranty.

I feel more than obligated to leave this review, because I accidentally washed and dried these earbuds in a jacket pocket. I was so upset when I discovered I'd made that mistake and thought "Surely these won't work anymore". Out of curiosity, I plugged it in my phone before discarding them. The sound was still perfect and there was no presence of water damage in the speakers. Bass still sounds fantastic and they are still in perfect working condition! I don't know if it's luck, but these are amazing quality to have survived.

I love these. I have a pair of studio monitor headphones (ATH-M50X), and these sound muffled in comparison. But for $10, you can't complain. They sound pretty damn good for cheap earbuds. They look fantastic and feel very solid, they have some weight. Quite a bit of metal is used for construction too. The cords are my favorite part of these earbuds. If you roll them up, they don't memorize; they just unroll straight and smooth. Great for charging down the bike path on my longboard. They aren't great for noise cancellation, but I prefer that so I can hear cars on the road or if people on the bike path are yelling at me to slow down. Well, maybe not the second part. Anyway, buy these immediately.

I am very impressed with the sound quality it produced connected to a Pioneer XDP-100R on Jazz and world-music flac recording as an audiophile aficionado. Very good base and not boomy, highs are smooth and both has a lot of head-room, comfortable to the ear, cable look mediocre; but I'm buying the sound. I've had earbud headphones that cost even more, but this match my music and it pinned me listening. I bought 2 more for travel. Defenitely audiophile quality.

Look great and sound fantastic. They have some very nice looking metal parts. They have a weave casing around the cord that makes them tangle free. They fit well and stay in my ear well. The rubber ear insert makes a good seal in the ear to cut down on ambient noise. The sound is equivalent in range and clarity with slightly more crispness and slightly less bass than Bose, but it's not a significant difference and only noticeable changing back and forth between them. As soon as you put these on you will be impressed. I have tried lots of earbuds including Apple, Samsung, Panasonic, JVC, Sony, Beats, Bose, JBL, and True. These are my favorite and can't be beat for the price!

So far I've only had these buds for a little over a week. Right when I got them I was really impressed by the build quality. It has a heavy feel to it, because it uses metal parts. This is a major upgrade from the typical plastic that competitors offer. And the one thing I can't get over, is the SOUND. These things are a STEAL for the price. They sound amazing and absolutely destroy all products I've tried that are 3x the price or more (comparable to Beats by Dre). They're also very comfortable. I usually have to switch out the tips because my ears are smaller, but these things fit in perfect out of the box. The only con I see so far is the noise cancellation, as it is not perfect (but at this price point, it is EXTREMELY good). I just hope the build quality will withstand the test of time. So far, I'm very impressed.

Keep in mind that to get the most out of earbuds a good fit is critical, particularly for bass.

Love these headphones, best I have ever owned. I am quite rough with them and they withstand a lot. I just cannot seem to understand why they changed the position of the mic to the left side and made the material surrounding the cord thicker and rougher. It is an adjustment since most headphones/earbuds have the mic on the right side.
Aside from that, these are the type of headphones that make every song sound like studio quality every time.

He can "blast his music" and never disturb us nor be bothered by whatever noises are around him in the apartment. He uses a crutch for walking and often catches one of the wires in the crutch and sooner or later, they will break, so we keep a spare set on hand all of the time. I think he even sleeps with them! They are really awesome. Solid hardware on them, the "remote/mic" is metal, so is the base of the jack and the back of the buds. They also have "rubber reinforcement" on the jack, mic/remote and buds - where the wire goes in and out. And I mean real reinforcement not junk, really nice movable rubber so the wire is protected and doesn't start showing.
I bought one pair as a back up because of the low price. Well, in less than a month my primary buds wire started showing so I broke out these backups. WOW, they are nice, even the packaging is really cool. Well, I immediately bough 4 more. Buy them, they will be the best ear buds you have ever had. Quality, looks, sound, packaging ... I mean it. At age 72, I have good hearing and still hear ambient sounds while listening to all buds. I got these earphones when I needed a cheap pair that I could use for hands-free talking on the phone. I also use them daily to listen to music while I work. Frankly, I didn't expect them to impress me as much as they have. These things have some serious oomph to them. Bass quality is amazing as well, which I didn't expect from such inexpensive earphones. But the kicker was when my coworkers in the office tried calling me by name from five feet away and I couldn't hear them at all (on the lowest volume setting, playing from my phone). These things have incredible passive noise cancellation, and I can't really explain why. In any case, they're better at noise cancellation than any other active or passive headsets I've had. Also, if you're planning on using them for talking on the phone, they're pretty good for that. At least on par with any built-in phone microphone.

I work in a sweaty, humid environment and go through headphones about every 60 days. I bought these on a whim, because they were cheaper than the ones I was going to buy locally to replace them - best decision ever! You can feel the quality in everything from the packaging to the stereo plug - it comes with an almost ridiculous number of ear inserts, the microphone and plug have real metal jackets, the wire has some kind of anti-tangle coating (technically it still tangles, it just won't form a knot), and the sound quality is excellent.
I was never a fan of two-part ear inserts (the ones that look like a smaller earbud on top of a larger earbud), but I am definitely a believer now! They work much better at blocking noise and don't need to be as far into your ear; give them a try if you haven't. I have been through a small mountain of headphones in my life, and these are simply in a quality bracket ABOVE what anyone could reasonably expect for $20. If I broke them, I would order another pair on the spot!

It doesn’t seem as “disposable” as the earbuds which originally came with my iPhone. The ear pieces stay in my ears mych better, too.
I really like the sound quality and the outside noise blocking.
I am looking forward to using this product for a long time.

I really like these earbuds. The sound quality is exceptional. They feel great in the ears and the build quality is top notch. The only complaint that I have is that the cord feels rubbery and causes them to knot up it makes them a little difficult to untangle them.
Other than that I love these I highly recommend purchasing them.
4.0 out of 5 stars Worth the purchase for replacement my S8 earbuds
Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2019

I needed a replacement for S8 earbuds. I was skeptical about this purchase for a couple of reasons; the bubs may not fit perfectly, the cord material might be inferior, the sound quality may not be as the other previous review said, and the straight jack might pose some issues.
Most of my skeptical fears were put to rest. I'd start with the ones that didn't to which resulted in a 4 stars from me:
There was no replacement buds
Sound quality is better at high volumes. that's when the real base kicks it. The outer material that protects the wires are a bit stiff but it's not a big negative. It's just you feel it rough and firm against your skin.
The good highlights stem off some of the negative and they were:
Though the good quality kicks in from mid volume up I most say it was clear, clean and rich with base
The noise cancellation just with the buds in your ear no audio playing is good. When you start to Jack up that volume you barely hear a thing in front you.
The metal ends and outer material gives the entire thing feels it's gonna last a lifetime.
Though it came with one pair earbuds those fit perfectly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great design let down slightly by sound issues
Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2019

For the price you pay for these, it's hard to criticize but the sound isn't as "amazing" as some reviews suggest. I've read at least one review that suggested tinny sound with no bass but I found that bass is more than adequate (provided that you correctly fit the earphones). If I was being picky I would say that I did find was a lack of definition in the higher mids and high frequencies that leave the mix feeling like there's something missing. Depending on the song, it can dull/muddy the vocals and even the spoken word was slightly impacted with minor "wooliness" when watching video and listening to audiobooks. It sort of feels like you need to pop your ears (like when flying and the air pressure changes) to clear things up and make it sound brighter. All equipment at this price point is forced to make compromise and I guess this is the areas where the BS10 lets itself down. I should say at this point that I also use Etymotic ER4 studio reference earphones, priced more that 20 times higher than the Betron BS10, and although I would never consciously make comparison, it's possible I'm being a little too critical given the cost?
The physical design and style is impressive and the whole retail packaging promises something of higher quality than $12 should be able to deliver. Only time will tell if the earphones will stand up to the rigors of daily life chucked in bags and drawers, and jammed in and yanked out of ears.
Possibly the most useful feature that attracted me to this model and brand was the low-profile in-the-ear design, which means that I can lay my head down on its side, with the earphones in, without any discomfort. This alone is worth the price of admission and has been somewhat of a holy grail in earbud design that I have never found in any other pair of earphones I have tried.
Finally, and again due to the in-the-ear design, noise isolation is pretty good and I'll take that over complex, expensive and often ineffective noise cancellation any day.
[UPDATE] After using for well over a year I can say that these earbuds have held up well, so much so that I have ordered a second pair. Very good value for the money. I doubt you could do better at this price.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good enough that I'm a repeat purchaser.

For my specific use, these earbuds offer the best value I've found so far. Unlike some other brands, I have yet to have a set of these fail on me. I'm a repeat purchaser only because I somehow manage to misplace them (usually after over a year of daily use). So why do I keep buying them, even though they don't offer the best isolation of external sounds? The answer is mainly because when I'm using them, I want/need to be at least somewhat aware of what's happening in my immediate vicinity. These are effectively my backup / mobile use earbuds for when I'm taking a walk or on the road generally and away from my bulky (and much more expensive) active noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones. If I'm out of the house, you'll almost invariably find a pair in my pocket ready for when I want to jump into a podcast or listen to music without disturbing those around me. They're also great for 'phone calls and my parents have often commented that my voice is clearer using them than it is with the built in microphone.

4.0 out of 5 stars Superb Build Quality & Comfort but Muddy Sound
Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2020

I'm a professional audio engineer and I needed another set of earbuds for one of my sons that is a bit of an audiophile. I didn't wanna drop $160 on the 1More Quad Drivers and besides, he likes a bit of a bass colored sound.
The Build: Real heavy duty construction. Metal everywhere. The earbuds are beefy and weighty, the cord is pretty tangle free and durable. The in-line mic/volume control is metal, and the plug is texurized steel. The tip of the plug appears to be gold plated.
The fit and confort: They are really comfortable to wear. They don't heat up on you indoors due to the metal construction. They feel snug but not tight and don't hit any sensitive spots.
The sound: Muddy in the high mids, flat on the high end. Lows are prominent but I would like to hear a bit more punch from the low-mid rather than a full bass rumble. There is some good thump to the bass on the right songs and even movies, but it just isn't punchy enough. Soundstage is just muddy. They aren't the worst at this price range, but aren't the best. A set of Phillips for the same price out performs this product in the instrument isolation, clarity, and sensitivity areas.
Conclusion: for the price these are a solid value due to the great construction. If you are really into heavy bass in an earbud and are not too picky about clarity of vocals or that crisp clarity you get from the high mids, they will please you. I used them for a few days and I didn't feel ripped off. My son likes them and they sound better than anything you may spend 20 dollars on at a drug store and it does block out a lot of outside noise, but they won't out perform 1More Piston or the Phillips SHE3590. 1More's Piston will outshine in Clarity but won't block as much noise however. The Phillips SHE3590s are thin-wired, plastic earbuds but sound great. I think it's worth it to jump to $39.99 for the Phillips Pro Earbuds if you want superior clarity, Soundstage, and nearly as good of build quality, but even they don't fit quite as nice as this product. At 20 dollars, they are good especially for bass heads. If they were 40 dollars I would say no way.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fine for a backup headphone 🎧
Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2021

I knew I was taking a chance on a cheap pair of earbuds. These are about what I expected.
If you are the kind of person who abuses your headphones, looses them, and ties them in knots, these will be fine for you since they are decent and cheap enough to be easily replaced.
If however you value high quality products and take care of your gear for many years, you might be better off spending more money.
They are average quality, average sound, good comfort, and average durability.
THEY ARE NOT TRUE NOISE CANCELING. They are simple, basic, average earbuds. If you think of noise canceling as plugging up your ear canal, then yes they do that. But if you mean true active noise canceling by inverting the audio waves resonating from airplanes, talking, cars, etc, they are NOT.
I have been using every day for 5 months and they are fine.
Sound quality is subpar but definitely good enough to be acceptable unless you are an hi-fi audio snob. They work fine but you can tell they are lacking compared to some of my other higer quality headphones. Microphone works well. I hate how thin the wires are. I'm always afraid I will break them.
Cheap enough to buy a few pairs so you always have some laying around or while traveling with some decent sound.
Not robust or high quality enough to be a daily driver unless youre on a tight budget.
I will be buying a few more pairs to keep in my go bag, my backpack, my airplane bag, and my car, since these are a great backup! But I'm moving to something better as my daily wear earbuds.

TOP 500 REVIEWERVINE VOICE
4.0 out of 5 stars Very nice build quality, fit and overall sound, but rewind, fast forward, and skip back didn't work
Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019
Verified Purchase
Overall, straight away, I have no concerns with recommending these, especially at this price. The construction, materials used, and finish are that of earbuds 3+ times this price. Seriously, the build and materials are incredible at this price. Sound is above average overall, but lacks bass. The control works very well for everything but what my headline stated(fast forward, rewind, skip back).
If you don't want to read my entire review, again, I feel very comfortable recommending these and you're getting a solid value.
Thoughts:
1. As I mentioned above, these look and feel like earbuds that should be 3+ times this cost. The cord is almost a rope like material and very well done. The control is solidly built and has nice feedback when clicking. The connector and earbuds are very good. Overall, this is far and away the best selling point for these.
2. Sound is excellent at this price point, but closer to average overall. Don't buy these thinking you're going to get excellent, deep bass and clear, crisp highs. What you're getting is clear, but slightly muddled highs, and fairly weak bass. At this price point, what can you really expect outside of clear sound?
3. The controls for the most part, work correctly. Pause, taking a call, hanging up, switching calls, summoning Alexa, Siri, Cortana, Bixby, or Google Assistant, volume up and down and song skip forward, ALL work fine, EVERY TIME. However, fast forward, rewind, and going back one or more songs DID NOT work for me. With that said, that can be due to my model of phone or version of Android, but this is supposed to be a universal device.
Still, at $10, with this build quality, and level of sound provided, who really cares, I don't. The most important aspects work.
Summing it up:
The only drawbacks to these earbuds that are legitimate, are that, again, I couldn't rewind, fast forward, or skip back. Every other button combination and feature works, works well, and does so every time. What didn't work, was not a big deal for me, it may be for you. Yes, it's a little annoying to not be able to skip back, but fast forward and rewind are pointless to me.
So, it comes down to whether the above is an issue for you and if it'll even happen to you, depending on phone. If you need rewind, fast forward, and skip back, at this price, it may not be worth the time to find out whether these will work or not. However, if those three features aren't important to you, then these are VERY good for the money and I absolutely recommend them!
Cheers!

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty amazing headphones for the price but not noise cancelling

So these headphones sound pretty great. They're fairly comfortable and low profile in you're ear. Pretty crisp and good bass especially for the prices. HOWEVER they are not true noise cancelling headphones. Maybe that's why it says noise isolating instead? Anyway I use headphones on my commute. My commute involves about 40min on a motorcycle most days. Many headphones I've had block out the wind noise and bike noises pretty well. These however don't seem to do a great job of that. I've tried all the rubber pieces they came with and the ones my old headphones used but none cancel noise. That being said they're great for the gym cuz I can actually hear when someone's trying to talk to me for some reason and they block out enough notice that its not annoying hearing the murmur in the background.

4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect

I am shocked by how great these are especially given the great price. It comes with two different types of earbuds depending on what you prefer. The sound quality is quite good in my opinion (and it's on par with many of the $20-30 earbuds I've gotten in the past). It also has a nice quality pouch with a magnetic opening to carry the headphones in. The material is nice, its made of metal and has a heaviness to it that makes it feel more expensive. I thought the shape would be interesting but unfortunately it's quite uncomfortable in my ear. Because it's got a weird longer shape, it hits the back of my ear and after a few hours of using it causes pain. I wanted to love these headphones 100% because every other aspect is amazing, but I can't deny that for certain ear shapes it's just not comfortable (my ears stick out a bit more than average so I think the back of my ear tends to hit the back of the earbuds). I had to switch to the foam type of ear inserts rather than the rubbery ones, just because they fit my ear a bit better, and after having them for a few months the foam is ripping apart. Another issue is that the + and - buttons have never worked properly even from the start, and plenty of other reviews indicate this too. If you press the + just once, the volume continues to go all the way up as if the button is being held down, until the music is blasting your eardrums out. Same with the - button. Otherwise they function well and the sound is good!
Another issue I had is that the volume control isn't great at all. I literally tried it for the first time, and this is only my second or third time using it, ever, but if I hit the volume up button it will automatically go to FULL BLAST VOLUME and if I hit the volume down button it'll go all the way down until it's muted. That's quite disappointing to me since I do like using that function.
However, there is a 1 year warranty, so we'll see how this goes and if the volume buttons become too much of a hassle I'll try to get them replaced.

I've been using these for over a year now and I got to say, I really love them. They come with three interchangeable buds to fit your ear shape and the sound quality is great. They are louder than most other pairs of headphones though so make sure you adjust accordingly. They are comfortable after extended use and I have less issues with them falling out than other brands.
My biggest gripe with it is that the mic is terrible. If you're on a phone call with someone and charging your phone at the same time, there will be intense static noise on the other end. Even without charging your phone, the mic quality is pretty terrible.
If you're looking to get a pair of earbuds for good calls, look elsewhere. For simply listening though these have got to be one of the best options you could look for.

High quality for the price, lots of real metal used in strategic areas that are normally weak spots for earbuds. As with all earbuds that advertise "great bass" or something similar, these dont really live up to the hype, but in my experience its near impossible for something as small as an earbud to provide true bass, regardless of brand or price. As for the overall sound its quite good for lower priced earbuds, perfect for every day use. I prefer ergonomic fit earbuds to those that just pop in straight, but these are neither the most or least comfortable I've tried..may be a bit too large for small ears. Overall satisfied so far, just waiitng to see how long they last.

I'm really confused about how these are supposed to fit in ears. The tip goes in the ear, i get that of course, but then the sort of plastic "bulb" part past the tips...is this supposed to fit snugly on the ear and be held by the folds of the ear? I push this part into the fold of my ear because otherwise the earbud falls out so easily. But because this part is a smooth plastic it does not hold to my ear well at all and becomes dislodged within 30 seconds. Can not find a comfortable way of wearing these in my ears. Usually a pair of sub-$50 dollar earphones I've never had great sonic pleasure with...these are an exception.
The sound from these are very acceptable through all ranges of music and vocal listening, movies and so forth. The highs and mids are clear, the bass is probably a little deeper than on other earphones but not annoyingly so. Everything seems to harmonize nicely.
On other earphones proclaiming "Powerful BASS" as a selling point, I've either heard nothing BUT overpowering bass that gives me a headache and makes the rest of the sonics murky and sour, or the bass is just terribly off-sync to the music - as if the separate bass-drivers were not tuned well at all.

There are two things I wish I had noticed before buying:

The lack of a strain relief on the jack might be a problem down the road, however. But otherwise, it came in nice packaging and even with a cleverly designed little bag for the earbuds.
However, there is one glaring problem. The volume control buttons are broken. Pressing "up" once will cause the volume to go ALL THE WAY UP, while pressing "down" once causes it to go all the way down. The pause button seems to work fine, but those two buttons are finicky. It's quite annoying when you're trying to fine-tune the volume and your eardrums are unexpectedly blown out, and I really wish this wasn't a problem.

Just got these today. I'm no stickler for audio quality and these sound great to me. The build quality is nice, metal fittings were a nice touch that will certainly make this product last longer.

I'll start this by saying when these came in the packaging was very nice and these are a pretty good quality earbud. My only complaint is that because of the way they sit in the ear if you have smaller ears (I'm a relatively petite person) they will start to make your ears hurt after awhile. I can't wear them more than about 30-45 minutes before my ears start hurting. I will be keeping these and using them for shorter workouts but for times that I need to have headphones in for long periods of time I'll be looking for something else.

2nd update. After sending the company a message I received a very quick response saying they will send out a replacement free of charge. I was impressed by the customer service speed.
Updated review. I have only had these for a month and for the most part I've been happy. I have had people tell me they couldn't hear me during phone calls. Today I noticed the back part where the buttons are is gone. I don't use these earbuds every day and again I haven't had them that long. They should not be falling apart already
Haven't used these very long but my first impression is I love them!! Couldn't beat the price!

These earbuds sound great, the microphone and remote work well, and the included bag helps to keep them from becoming tangled. The shape of the ear piece is odd compared to normal earbuds, which some users may find uncomfortable. The cable on my first pair is thin and I would have preferred a right-angle connector, as both of these would have prevented these from breaking after 11 months of use. I emailed Betron about this, and they sent me a replacement set free of charge, as covered by their warranty. These new earbuds feel mostly the same as the originals, but the cable is stiffer and more robust. I expect them to last longer than the previous pair.

The only thing I hate about these are the fitting and the rubber earbuds. I tried all the one's that came with the pack but they start hurting my ear after an hour or so and sometime fall off too.

The price can't be beat for the quality. Of course it isn't going to sound like something you're using up a quarter your biweekly paycheck for, but the sound is crisp, clear, and the bass is decently good. I listen to a lot of bass heavy music and these perform very well. The buds you choose will have an impact on the sound quality and noise canceling ability of these earphones- if they don't fit snugly, the bass won't be as heavy and noise will leak. I prefer the medium plastic ones, but the soft foam ones are really great at blocking out the neighbor's constantly-yapping dog, and family members that are just a few feet away.
Pros:
-Price! Under $15, can't beat that
-Sound quality is great, I usually go for Panasonic earbuds and I think these are comparable, if not better
-Great customer service (from what I've seen in the comments, and they sent me a nice email prompting me for feedback)
-Extra earbud covers
-Clip that I'll probably never use, but you never know
-Carrying case
-Light and comfortable fit, I can use them for hours with no issues
-Microphone with volume controls is great when I'm on a call/jamming out while multitasking
-Protected connection areas make me think these will last awhile
Cons:
-Cord is rubber coated, which feels nice (like silicone) and tangles less, but it likes to get caught on clothes and hair. Very grip-y. If that's your thing, you'll love these
-Cord is a little short for my liking, I'll get used to it though (plenty of slack for listening while the phone is in my back pocket, so it's just me being picky)
-Plastic cover on the volume control/play button popped off while the headphones were in my coat pocket. I haven't been rough with them, and this was just a few days after receiving them. Easy to put back in place, but I'm afraid it might come off while jogging or when I'm out and about and I won't be able to find it again. This is the only reason I docked a star
Over all, I would highly recommend these! Great price, great sound.

First off, I like the headphones. I lost them and are buying another pair.
The bass is great, but it has less highs. It's as if someone set an equalizer for bass, without much treble. It's not so bad once you listen to them and get used to it.
They really are tangle free. I put them in my pockets and when I pull them out, they practically come apart when you start putting them in.
They feel very durable, but I lost them after two months of daily use. So far it was great. I will see with pair number two, but for the price and it being good earbuds you cannot beat them.

These ear buds are so awesome, for the price. The sound quality is excellent and has great base and noise cancellation. Plays well with my iPhone and iShuffle, RnB, classical and pod casts. I love the rubbery cords since they don't make all kinds of weird noises in my ears from friction/movement. Good length too. The package arrived on time. This may seem funny but I forgot that they come with the cord volume control. The first time I realized this last week, I tried using it and it doesn't work. I'm not fussed about it, but kind of a bummer for a buyer who prefers that kind of volume button. Hence, the 4 out of 5 stars.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great sound, dumb cord
Reviewed in the United States on July 23, 2019

The sound quality is fantastic and the controls are nice. The controls were a little stiff on the first day but they are easier to use now. One of the main reasons I bought them is because they have a low profile. I travel a lot and frequently fall a sleep with my headphones in. They are really comfortable and the low profile keeps me from knocking them out when I am sleeping on a plane or wherever else I might be able to get a little sleep while traveling.
The reason for 4 start instead of 5 is because the cord is a pain. It is nice and long, which works for me, but the material that it is made of tangles very easily. There are a lot of different things that could be done to fix that like; the shape of the cord, the material that the cord is made from, or even something that would tie the ends together.
The sound canceling part is just ear plugs that have been fashioned into earbuds. This is not very effective but I didn't buy the because of the noise canceling feature so I'm not super disappointed.

Cons
Not made to fit people with tiny heads. Even with the smallest squishy ear buds on the headphones these hurt me to wear. For context, I am a 5'2 adult, and can never wear 'adult' hats because they are too big. My head size is between child and typical adult. Most headphones hurt my ears as well.

I needed to replace some earpods, (which replaced a pair of bose earbuds) and after good deal of research, I went with the Betron BS10. My plan was to buy a pair of headphones that I can throw in my pocket and head out into the city with, that sound decent and I didn't have to worry too much about. I think I found them. I loved my Bose from 2014, but was not willing to spend the premium price and worry about caring for them. Earpods never did it for me, constantly falling out, tangling, and you would have turn the volume all the way up just to get decent and loud-ish sound. These betron headphones mostly stay in my ear, even during workouts. The sound, while muddled at times, is very loud, and I find that I only have to have the volume set just below the halfway mark for it sound LOUD, really in any environment. Considering I listen to music a lot, I'm all for saving my ears! I really love the material of the cord, which keeps them from tangling too much. The headphones are comfortable in my ears, and have a pretty slick design as well. I think what is missing for me is for the buds themselves to be magnetic for easy storage and for the audio to be just a bit more clear. For the price and the quality, I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend these as a great pair of on the go headphones that can easily go toe-to-toe with other pairs that would be in the $50-75 dollar range. If you are looking for premium sound, you will have to pay for it.

Bought these in June 2019. Impressed with the materials and design of the earbuds as they are comfortable and lightweight. The build is great and I haven't had one of the buds crap out on me yet so A+.
Sound quality leaves a little to be desired. These earbuds are more geared towards bass heavy music like hip hop or EDM although I don't feel the bass to be clear. In all the earbuds sounds a little muddy and not 100% clear, the easiest way to describe the sound is to have music playing in a room and step outside and close the door. I don't use these for music anymore and is more of a backup pair or primarily used for podcasts or blogs on youtube. The buds are clean and have no wax or debris so that isn't a problem but they do sound better than apples wired buds if that of any worth.
Maybe I was given an off pair because I want to make these my main buds because they are light and sturdy.
They get 3.5 stars from me. Not bad for the price but sound quality is just off for me.

I bought these headphones about a year ago but never left a review. They've been awesome up to this point. The sound quality is good but I'm noticing now that the volume control buttons and the button to answer a call/ pause has stopped working. If you want something that'll last about a year, then you'd probably be happy w/these.
The sound is still good but the ability to control the volume and pause without touching my phone was the main reason I chose these headphones so I bummed that they no longer have that function. For the price, I still think they're worth the purchase considering that some of the more expensive headphones may not even last that long.

These sound much better then most of the other earbuds I've owned. Definitely better then all the blue tooth in ear ones ( like from Jaber lite and Anker). But they do have isolation noise leaking. I prefer to use my Ankers on plane as it gets rid of most plane noise. I even tried to swap ear tips around with different ones but I couldn't get a good isolation. Perhaps that is by design in letting outside noise in. But I prefer to block all outside noise if possible. It was a shame because I really liked the sound profile of these. And I'll use them in a quiet room. I already bought another one for my son.

So far I really like these ear buds. They are surprisingly well made for $10 ear buds - metal cans/mic/controls and sturdy cord. I originally got them because I was looking for a cheap headset with a reasonable microphone for my cell phone, but these exceeded my expectations. A little larger than some, but they fit well. I don't use earbuds to work out, but these don't feel like they'd be prone to falling out. They sound pretty good and have descent dynamic range. They have reasonable base for earbuds without being too basey. The treble was a bit harsh due to the metal construction, but I was able to tone down the ringing resonance with the EQ on PowerAmp.
The microphone seems to be working OK (clear but soft), but I may need to figure out how to tweek the mic gain in Android to equal the built in mic volume.

I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality of these headphones. For $15, I wouldn't expect it to have any metal parts but surprisingly it does! The sound quality is about what you would expect from this price range. The bass is there, but the highs often get lost if there are a lot of instruments playing simultaneously. I bought these after the earphones provided with my Samsung galaxy stopped working. Compared to those, the Betron BS10 is not as good sound wise, but the build quality may actually be better! It does not isolate outside noise very well, which you shouldn't expect from this price range anyway.
The only complaint I have is that for whatever reason, the volume buttons don't work correctly with my macbook. Just one press of the volume up/down button will put the volume at MAX or completely mute. Keep in mind that these can get VERY loud, so it can damage your ears if you aren't careful. The good thing is that it only seems to be an Apple issue because all buttons work as intended with my Android phone.
Overall, I think this product is good for the price!

These earbuds are great, I'm really impressed with the quality. Clearly made with quality material, fit is the most comfortable I've had, sound is great, phone calls are great.
The only reason these aren't perfect is they seem to be conductive, even the cable. This results static discharge after running against my jacket, which for some reason lowers the volume. If I let it go on its own, it will completely mute the volume after enough steps. Thus, I need to continuously turn the volume up as I walk. It doesn't happen with why clothing, just my puffier winter tops. But when it happens, it's really annoying. Seems like a design issue but would love to hear it's a quality issue with just mine.

Still a smidge large for my small ears but otherwise comfortable & fit my Keyone BB perfectly. Only complaint- I can't lower the sound enough. I have sensitive ears & if speaking with loud talker- SMH- quite loud. : ) Would still buy them again. Have worked well so far.

For the price? Amazing! Do they outperform beats? No. Overall a good back-up pair. I have found they are best for use when speak to people via Zoom or Goto Meeting. I use them as a back-up to my Apple Earpods as I sometimes drain the battery and my company laptop is quite dated and therefore features the 3.5mm jack.

It's easy to use - just plug-n-play (USB headphones require driver download sometimes). They are comfortable. They do a good job of noise cancellation (maybe because they fit well). The sound is okay - a little lacking bass - but otherwise great.

For the price these earbuds are very good. I find they are a bit “bright” in the mid-high audio frequency range for some music but work very well for audio books and movies as the verbal dialogue comes through very clear. Theirs a depth to the bass which is impressive but can get a bit “muddy” around 200 Hz. Overall, very happy with these.

I have a bachelors degree in Music. I have to be able to hear details in the music. I am very impressed with the quality, comfort, and sound of these headphones.
I will say, I'd like a bit of a deeper bass sound, but for the price I have never had a better pair of headphones! I will be using them as my daily pair, because I think they are just about as good as the $60 pair that finally died on me.
Additionally, the comfort is on point. I love design. Great job!

I love the sound quality and the fit of these! The only i The only issue I have is that the wire from the split to the earbud itself is very thin and tangles easily.

These so far are the best cheap earbuds I've had. Very sturdy and the rubbery covering over the wires make them very flexible and unlikely to break/crack where they attach to the earbuds. Very nice fit and comfortable in my ears. Would've given 5 stars if the bass was better. Overall I would definitely order again.

Overall satisfied with these. Less bass than I expected with a 12mm driver. Less bass even than my Symphonized MTRX, but the Betron have cleaner/clearer mids and highs. Comfortable to sleep in due to their low profile, and they work well with these foam tips: RIYO Replacement Eartips Earbuds Tips Memory Foam Earbuds for 5mm-7mm Earphone Nozzles Black Large -12pcs

I am really tough on earbuds. They can get a little sweaty during biking and hiking. These earphones seem to be sturdily made and the sound is great to me. The only gripe I have is that the volume control on the earphone seems to only work intermittently. It is very annoying and I wish I could completely disable it. The volume control was one of the reasons I purchased this particular earphone.
